NOCTUX (developed by Héctor López Roldán — HLR Studio) is a professional tool for shops. Every account belongs to a shop. Here's how to delete your login account and what happens to the data, depending on whether you're a team member or the shop owner.
You can delete your own account right from the app, without waiting for anyone:
Alternatively, you can ask in writing by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account, with the words “Delete my account”. We process it within 30 days at most.
If you created the shop from the app (with the free trial), you can close it yourself: in Settings, tap “Delete my account” and confirm. Your account, the entire shop and all its data, including your team's accounts, are deleted immediately and permanently. If you have an active subscription, cancel it too from your App Store or Google Play account, since they're the ones who bill it.
If we set the shop up for you, the owner can't delete their own account from the app, because the shop would be left without an owner. To close it and delete all its data, email us at [email protected] from the account holder's address, or use the support chat in the app (Settings → “Talk to support”). We verify your identity and process the closure within 30 days at most.

Retention period: after deletion, any leftover copy in our encrypted backups is erased automatically within 30 days at most. NOCTUX doesn't do the shop's invoicing (that's handled by separate software), so we don't keep any tax data about you.
